• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

We support the following deposit and withdrawal methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX instant bank transfer, and direct bank transfers to and from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating Malaysian financial institutions. Deposits: Funds are typically credited to your account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. agn888c does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements. e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost) are typically completed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow are typically completed within 1–3 hours. Withdrawal processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any associated funds may be withdrawn.

• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held in a Player's account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus prior to fulfilling requirements on an active one may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins carry an expiry period as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonuses that remain unused or for which wagering requirements have not been met by the expiry date will be removed from the account without compensation.

• Referral Rewards: The agn888c referral programme pays MYR 38 per successful referral, credited upon the referred player's first qualifying deposit. Referral bonuses are not payable in respect of self-referrals, multi-account referrals, or referrals made through prohibited channels.

agn888c is committed to providing a fair, secure, and transparent gaming environment for all players. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) and are not subject to manipulation by agn888c or any third party. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to influence or automate gameplay or wagering decisions.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in games or the platform. Any winnings accumulated through an identified glitch are considered void.

• In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of the market at the time of placement. agn888c operates a delay on in-play bet acceptance to manage network latency; bets placed during this delay period may be cancelled at the platform's discretion.
• A match or event must be completed for most markets to be settled, unless the specific market rules state otherwise. In the event of abandonment or postponement, settled bets shall be governed by the applicable sport-specific rules available on the platform.

While we make every reasonable effort to maintain 99.9% uptime, scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and third-party service failures may periodically affect platform availability.

agn888c reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• agn888c has reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity conducted through or connected with the Player's account.
• Regulatory, compliance, or legal obligations require agn888c to restrict or terminate the account.
• The Player requests voluntary account closure in writing.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (net of bonuses and any amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to the Player via the last-used payment method, subject to the completion of applicable KYC and AML checks.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which agn888c holds its operating licence. In the event of a dispute between a Player and agn888c, the parties agree to first seek resolution through agn888c's internal complaints procedure by contacting our customer support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it may be referred to an appropriate independent dispute resolution body as notified by agn888c from time to time. Players agree not to initiate legal proceedings without first exhausting the internal complaints procedure.

agn888c's decisions on betting outcomes, game results, and bonus adjudications are final once communicated, subject only to manifest error corrections conducted in good faith.

agn888c reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notification on the platform at least 7 days prior to the effective date of such changes, where practicable.
